Customers can fund a balance on your platform and pay for services, while collections stay with your gateway.

Overview

How this module works

The wallet records customer balances and activity in your platform. Payment collections and provider funds remain in your own accounts; Billsverse does not hold deposits.

Customer funds the wallet

The gateway you configured collects the money into the account you own.

The ledger updates

Nova records the credit after the gateway reports it, so support can see the reference.

Customer pays a service

The service debit is recorded, then the provider request is sent from your provider account.

You reconcile

You match gateway settlements, wallet entries and provider debits. Those are three different records.

Boundaries

Limitations

Billsverse does not hold the float.
A wallet credit is not the same thing as money sitting with your VTU provider.
Failed provider requests still need your support process.
