Is Billsverse a place to buy airtime?

No. Billsverse is a service provider for bills-payment businesses — we provide bills-payment and VTU software, train you on how to use the software, help promote your business through sponsored and organic channels with strategy, branding and visuals, and provide software support, maintenance support and business consultation. Your customers buy from your brand.

What does a licence fee include?

Your written quotation lists the software and setup services included. Hosting, domains, provider funding and gateway charges are separate unless specifically included.

Which plan should I pick?

Starter suits a first launch. Business adds branding and operational setup. Professional covers wider configuration and support, while Enterprise is tailored to custom requirements. We’ll confirm the right fit in your quotation.

Can I pay on this website?

Accepted Answer

No. The path is enquiry, quotation, contract, then an invoice. There is no card checkout and no order is completed on this site.

Do I need to be technical?

Accepted Answer

No. We explain hosting, domain, provider accounts and gateways in plain English. A technical person can still review the prerequisites on the integrations page.

What do I have to supply?

Usually a domain, hosting, the VTU provider account you will fund, and a payment gateway in your name. The quotation lists the exact items for your scope.

How long does setup take?

Setup depends on the agreed features and the readiness of your accounts and hosting. Your contract confirms the delivery window.

Do you host the platform for me?

Accepted Answer

Only if a quotation says so. By default, hosting is your cost and your account. We can explain the requirements.

Does Billsverse hold my customers’ money?

Accepted Answer

No. Billsverse does not hold user funds and does not process customer payments itself. Collections sit with the gateway you configure. Provider balances sit with the provider you fund.

Question 10

Which VTU providers are included?

Accepted Answer

You supply and fund your own provider accounts. Share your preferred providers with us so we can confirm compatibility before setup.

Are payment gateway fees included?

Accepted Answer

No. Gateway fees, settlement times and chargebacks are between you and the gateway. They are outside the software licence unless a quotation says otherwise.

Question 12

Who is responsible if a provider is down?

Accepted Answer

Provider uptime is the provider’s. Nova can show status and records for transactions it processed. It cannot promise a third-party service stays online.

How do I ask for help?

Use the support form for product questions, or the contact form for a pre-sales enquiry. Do not send passwords or API tokens. Email hello@billsverse.com if the form cannot send.

Is training included with the software?

Some quotations include a training session. Academy enrolment can also be standalone. The quotation states which one you are buying. Training does not promise income.

You can find setup guidance on the integrations page, walkthroughs on the demo pages and help through support. A separate documentation site is not currently available.

Refund eligibility follows your written contract and our refund policy. Review both before accepting a quotation, and contact us with any questions.
